Do you work on all bikes?
Yes, from balance bikes through to e-bikes.
I'm not able to select a date and time when booking?
Booking capacity has been reached. Availability is released daily, please check back.
How do I pay?
We accept card/contactless only, on completion of all work.
I've placed a booking, but haven't received a confirmation email?
Please check junk/spam, as some email providers sort them there.
Something is broken and needs replacing; do I need to supply the part?
We’re able to supply all brands at competitive prices, please include as much detail and pictures when booking.
Are replacement parts included?
Prices shown are for labour only, any parts are in addition.
Do you offer discount for multiple services booked?
Yes, 10% for 2 or more bikes in the same booking. Include how many in the ‘description of work’ when booking.
I'm not going to be home, when I've booked?
No problem, we’ll work, while you work. Many of our customers leave access instructions. Payments can be made securely online, on completion of bookings.
Do you sell bikes?
We only repair and service bikes from our mobile workshop.
My suspension requires servicing, can you do this?
Currently, we do not service suspension units, however, we're happy to remove and send to a trusted service centre.
